I have a single white thin line that goes down the center of the screen that showed up yesterday for no reason. The screen is also showing very faint horizontal lines across the screen from top to bottom. I have restarted the Ionic three times ( as I saw it helped someone else in the past) and did a factory reset and nothing has changed. The Ionic has also been shutting off intermittently after the first mile of a run. I am able to catch it and restart the run but now my run is broken up at times into one mile increments Any help in fixing these issues is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Tvokey nice to see you here. Thanks for reporting the white thin line and faint horizontal lines across the screen of your Ionic.
Trying a restart was a good workaround but as it didn't solve this, I've requested to our Support team to create a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums.

Basically the watch is broken. Was offered 40% off a new one but the email sent by Fitbit with the coupon to get the discount was only for 25%
