How about connected to GPS with fitbit Ionich

I am in Vietnam, each time using ionic fitbit to run, i turn on the gps but the gps change status connecting to connected time is taken from 2 to 5 minutes, so my device is normal or has errors., tks so much

Hi @Khanhtc - Are you saying that the GPS takes from 2 - 5 minutes to connect? I'd say that's longer than normal. My Ionic normally connects in around 30 seconds or less. I'm wondering if it is your location. sometimes GPS coverage is better in some areas and worse in others. Have you tried to use the GPS in different locations?

Thanks for your reply, I have tried in some other places, in the countryside is very long but in the city a little faster, sometimes 12 seconds or so, so I have to go to check My equipment?

Got it. It is sounding like a GPS coverage issue and not an issue with your tracker. Connecting in 12 seconds is really quick.
