My Ionic constantly disconnects itself from my WiFi & Fitbit App on my iPhone & iPad. Always have to delete the app on both platforms & try to connect the Ionic again. I have even tried the factory reset! My Flex, Charge 2 & Aria 2 connect with no problems, it’s just the Ionic I’m always having problems with. I was hoping someone may have a suggestion for me. I personally feel the Ionic is faulty, as the problem occurs every two months. Very disappointed & am waiting to hear from Fitbit Support. Purchased end of February 2018, so still in warranty. Thank you.

Hi @UnicornPoop - I don't think that I am following your issue. Flex and Charge 2 trackers are not connected to wifi. They connect to your phone via Bluetooth. On the Ionic, how do you know it is disconnecting from wifi. The main purpose for the wifi connection is for updating Ionic when firmware updates are released.
You mentioned that you are waiting to hear from Support. Did you contact them directly? Fitbit support does not necessarily monitor the community boards.
