I changed the default/factory clock face to one of the apps. BUt I think I want to go back to the original. What can I do?
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity
Thanks, I was trying to do that but I could find it in the list. Do you know its correct name?
Thanks. That is what I was trying to do but I couldn't see that app in the list. What is its name?
Best AnswerI think mine originally came with Gauges. It is in the top row of clock faces - scroll right

I'm having the same trouble. Did you find it anywhere? I can't find the initial set of clock faces as options anywhere. If I'd known I wouldn't be able to go back, I would never have chosen an alternative clock face. None of the options even in the "By Fitbit" category are the original choices we had.

Yes, it is in the By Fitbit. It is called Gauges.
I just found my factory default... It is called Arc by Fitbit. I had the Adidas edition.
Maybe this helps.
Best AnswerHi All,
My selected clock face wanted payment and to enter a code. After waiting approx 10 min my most recent (original) clock face returned.
I was never much for patience........

Waveform is probably the original for a Versa 2, each watch has it's own original face.
For the Ionic it was Gauges or Arc.
