How do I reset my ionic. Tried update  with new update and now my ionic is stuck on update.

Hi @RoniBond,

 

You can perform a factory reset by going to the Settings app, then About, then Factory Reset. Once the reset completes, it will apply the update.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Do I lose my last nights sleep data when I reset?  If so, how I can I sync without resetting?
