How do I see the exact time I started and an exercise session?

Is it possible to see the exact time (GMT) I started and stopped an Exercise session?  I’m not able to find anything that resembles this in the forum.

Thanks in advance for your insight!

A warm welcome to the Community @KevinSimons. Yes, you're able to see the exact time you started the exercise in your Fitbit app.

You just need to go to the main page of your Fitbit app and then you'll see the exercises that you have done, below the name of the activity, you'll see the date and the exact time that you started the activity. However, you won't see the exact time that you stopped it. You can see complete information in your Dashboard.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

I was hoping to find the official world time or Greenwich Mean Time so I know exactly what time, down to the second, that I started and stopped an exercise on my Ionic.

I participated in a competition and my time wasn’t tracked by the race officials.  We’re using the time on my watch for the official time.

thank you

Thanks for getting back @KevinSimons. I was checking the time zones that we have available in Fitbit and we only have Greenwich Mean Time. Remember that the timezone you chose is the one that's going to show in your watch, you will need to choose a similar timezone and this is based in the location.

I would like to know if by official world time, you mean UTC? Since, we only have GMT, you will need to choose one that's similar to the location that you have.

GMT would be fine as well.  If the watch records a specific time that an exercise was started and finished, that would be incredibly helpful.  I’m not able to find the second and possible 10ths & 100ths.  Do you know if that data is available?

Thanks for getting back @KevinSimons. You can find this information in your online Dashboard or Fitbit app. Check below the screenshot from the online Dashboard:
