How do you add cards for Fitbit Pay?

I can’t seem to find the wallet screen. When I hold the left button my only options are music controls, screen wake, and notifications. 

 

Also, how do you add apps?

Use the app on your mobile device.  Go into the setting area for the device and it's one of the top tiles.
