Hey so I chatted with support yesterday about my broken Ionic and we settled on a replacement. The last email I got was yesterday morning saying that I will be updated shortly, but I haven't received another email as to when it will arrive. Forgive me for being a bit impatient, but I've got a trip to Iceland planned for Thursday and I'm really hoping it will arrive on time. Thanks
