Hello,
I have exported all my personal information data that Fitbit is generously holding safe for me. Now i would like to read the said data. I cannot open a JSON file. I requested, or though I did, the data to be supplied in Excel format however my actual run, swim, walk etc data doesn't come in that format.
Please advise how I can read MY personal data. Thankyou in advance

I would like you to clarify if you exported a complete archive of your Fitbit account data or if you exported it in CSV file? Could you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Also, please make sure you're doing this procedure to export your data.

@BradMcCormick most spreadsheet program's can port JSON data. I use Google Sheets through my phone.
