How do I calibrate my Ionic

@SunsetRunner Welcome back to the Fitbit Community. 

If you're receiving a message to calibrate your Ionic, you could it by plugging in your Ionic and setting it on a flat surface. Once you have completed these steps a restart, or shutting down your Ionic (and turning it back on) after you complete the calibration (green check mark) should prevent you from seeing the prompt moving forward.

How do I calibrate my Ionic

 

Unfortunately you can't "force" calibrate the Ionic. You have to wait for a calibrate prompt, which may never eventuate. Some devices benefit from an occasional manual calibration. I'm sure the Ionic would - but it's not an option.
