How do I sync and get my clock telling the correct time again?  

How do I sync and get my ionic connect with the computer without a cord connection

Let me share with you that you Ionic device use the synchronization process to display the time that's configured on your mobile device, therefore, by simply syncing your device with your account the correct time should be displayed. If the display on your Ionic is incorrect, please sync your device and then check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? for more information.

Regarding your syncing question, I'd like to let you know that your Ionic doesn't sync with your computer using the charging cable, this is for charging purposes only.
