I have been using the Ionic for years. Since they were first introduced. I have 2 ionics that were both on file and I would switch them from time to time by removing one and setting up the other. I purchased another ionic to replace one that I had set up that no longer works. It appears that the site will only allow 2 devices in memory. I can’t set up my newer ionic because it will not allow more than 2. How do I remove the bad ionic to replace it with a working one?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. You're completely right, the Fitbit app will not allow you to setup the working Ionic since there are another 2 already configured with your account. To remove the Ionic from your Fitbit account, please check the information that's specified on: How do I remove a Fitbit device from my account?
