Ionic stopped responding during update

When updating the latest software through the app. The watch stopped communication. Now only showing the Fitbit image. I can’t force shut down or factory reset.  The watch is not responding. Please help.

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. The watch screen only shows the Fitbit icon. The icon is visible for 10 seconds, the screen goes blank for 5 seconds and then the icon reappears. I can’t access anything through the watch.

When I search for the watch through the app, no device is found. I removed the device as suggested by your instructions. No device can be found when I try to add a new device. The watch is plugged in and has charge. My phone is next to the watch.

I’m in a group fitness competition at my place of work and I need my data. I need a solution urgently.
