I have a new Addidas Ionic. Per the settings, it says I should receive voice cues when running; however, it has never worked, and I know it’s set up correctly. Does anyone have any input?
Also, I get notifications when I get a phone call but not a text. I have an iPhone. Can anyone help with this?
Thanks

Hi @VoiceCues, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To receive voice cues when you're tracking an exercise, you need to set them up follow the below steps and connect wireless Bluetooth headphones with your Ionic (Please check this article for instructions of how to connect an audio device with your Fitbit). To set the cues:
In regards the notifications concern, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
