My Ionic works fine. I have no problems to transfer music from ITunes via Fitbit Connect. I have a playlist with 39 songs. It seems to be that "shuffle" is activated because during my last 2 hour walk, I did listen to the same songs several times and other songs from the playlist were never played. This seems to confirm what other users describe the "shuffle all" more to be a randomised playing of songs that a shuffle. Anyhow, does anybody have an idea how I stop shuffle?

Hi @LanaIonic,
If you long press the left button, it will bring up music control. From there, select your audio output device, and then you can click the infinity symbol to toggle shuffle on or off. Give that a try and let us know if it fixes it.

Hi WavyDavy,
I have paired a bluetooth headset, nd I don't seem to have any options if I go to the audio-device.
It seems that there is nowhere to turn off shuffling. It's driving me nuts. I like to run to exactly the correct order of my playlist (I made the playlist especially). Any ideas? What did you use as your audio-device to get the infinity symbol..
thanks!

I found the symbol. However after pressing the symbol, nothing changed. The same song was played forever even i specificslly choose another song. It just ignored my choice.

I am increasingly over fitbit's products. I "upgraded" from a Charge 2 HR to an Ionic because my Charge 2 HR failed 2 weeks past warranty (I would like to add that I was very careful in taking care of it, the HR just stopped one day, it was never immersed in water or suffered any other obvious forms of abuse). I was a little upset at the minimal discount I was offered to upgrade (10%) so I looked into purchasing a smartwatch from another brand. However, My amazing husband knew that I was missing my daily metrics, so he bought me an Ionic. I was so happy! I was pumped to be able to run/bike/swim without a phone... and with on board music!!! I have tried hard to love this watch. I really have, especially because my husband bought it with the best intentions. But lets be honest, the music management and app availability of this watch is awful. I though that in "time" updates would sort out the glaring issues. But every time I run into an issue and access this forum I run into unanswered posts with no updates; like this one. I hate to say it, but the fitbit Ionic was a bad purchase. I had hope that given the price point, fitbit might take the time to update the software to be user friendly/functional. But I guess they gave up.
