How to uninstall clock faces on Ionic?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I installed some additional clock faces, through the Fitbit app; one never appeared, one or 2  I have been trying to uninstall, and one has to be paid for which I do not want to do.

The main clock face that I want to uninstall does not have an uninstall button, and where that should be there is a greyed out button that says "selected."  The developer has a website, but no way to contact him/her!

How do I get this **ahem**ed thing off if my app and subsequently off of my ionic???

The face that requires payment takes up the space for a clock face with a box - inside the box there is an "X" (in a red circle) at the top with the time next to it, and says "this app requires the 'internet' permission to be granted -  there is no way to remove this!! What do I do?

@Sirvim It's nice to see you on the Community. I'll be happy to answer your inquiry about uninstalling clock faces on your Ionic.

The reason why this clock face doesn't have an uninstall button, it's because it's the one that you have selected as the main one. In order to uninstall it, please choose another clock face and then check it out on your installed ones on the Fitbit app, when you select it, you'll get the option to "remove clock face".

Some clock faces require additional permissions, that you will need to grant in the clock faces' details. When you're seeing the clock face, you'll get the "Select" button that you mentioned and the "Permissions" below it, please tap on it and grant the permissions required. After this, sync your watch and it should show correctly.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
