I have a dead Ionic

My Ionic is just 2 months old and is dead. Was working fine when I went to bed and was completely dead in the morning. It won’t do a restart and does nothing when the charging cable is attached. Has anyone had a similar problem? What did you do to fix it?

My ionic died this morning.  Fully charged.  Synced at 10:30 am.  Now totally dead.  No green lights.  Holding the back and lower buttons doesn’t work either.
