I noticed that the time on my Fitbit was different to the time on my iPhone so I tried to reconnect I now am getting a error code 429

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Ionic is not showing the right time. Thank you for trying to reconnect and for letting us know the error you are getting. I would recommend following the next steps:
- Close the Fitbit app
- Reboot your iPhone
- Restart your Fitbit Versa
- Wait an hour or two and log back into the app

I seem to think the problem is keeping connected to Bluetooth it connects but after a while it disconnects

You can perform a factory reset to your Fitbit Ionic by following the next steps, but keep in mind that your apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards and saved settings will be deleted from the device:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
