Hey, you need to call them ( for 4- 5 time) then you’ll get a email that will show u what to do, bad bad service!!!

Which issues do you experience with the tracker? 

 

If wanting to return, and not purchased from fitbit, though from a local store.. fastest to exchange at the store of purchase (with receipt).
