I have purchased two Ionics. I just brought the second one back. The first one was returned because it was faulty. It got stuck, didn't credit nearly enough steps, and after a month of using it tracked worse and worse.
The second one I had for a few weeks. Same deal. Daylight savings made it even a worse nightmare. At first it had changed. Then it changed back. It didn't want to go back to the correct time. Three times. Between that and literally "stomping" around in the house very heavy footed and having it count NO steps I gave up.
I have had several Fitbits and I really like them. I was so excited to see the new, improved, waterproofed one. I have a pool. I work in my yard all the time and I sweat. My little Charge HR is still kicking and so much more accurate. I cannot spend that horribly selfish amount of money on a product that does not do what it is supposed to do TWICE in a row. I am a computer savvy person. I have rebooted, shut off, removed and replaced.. everything I could think of. I am done until I see a major improvement. So very disappointing.
Sincerely,
Jackie

I think he was just joking around with you Wendy..
WHat you said was correct, if you put maybe a comma in the sentence, to say something like Im sorry, sorry for your troubles 🙂
