IONIC WILL NOT DELETE APP

I had the Nest app installed on my Ionic, suddenly for the last week the app does not work at all on my watch, I have tried to delete the app and there is no option to install or remove this app. Any suggestions?

I believe the next app is no longer supported by Fitbit and has been retired. It is my understanding that it no longer exists in the app store... I would contact customer support.
