Today suddenly my connection with my Fitbit ionic stopped. The problem is the Bluetooth connection doesn’t work anymore. I deinstalled the Fitbit app onbenut iPhone , reinstalled the app. Still no connection. I reinstalled my old surge Fitbit and that was immediately recognised. So the problem is in the ionic. Has someone seen the seem problem? Thanks Jeroen

@jvandeb It's nice to see you around. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and the details mentioned.
It's pretty weird that your Ionic isn't syncing but your Surge is syncing to your app. I would like you to set up your watch to your iPhone once again. If you encounter any issues try the troubleshooting in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Once it has been set up to your account and you experience syncing issues, try the tips in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Keep me posted.
