Good day Community,

I am having issues updating my IONIC. It would just take hours, so I tried everyone's method by erasing everything, trying all over again and it is still not working. What else can be done ? I am actually on my second FITBIT, as the first one broke (Would no longer sync) Hoping I do not have to throw this out and buy something else.

Hi @Melissa_88.

 

Are you trying to update your firmware over Bluetooth? If so this can take a long time to complete. A better option would be set up WiFi on your Ionic, it will then use the WiFi connection to update instead which is a lot quicker and more reliable.
