IOnic not syncing with iphone5s

Why is my ionic not syncing with my iphone5s. Om iPad it works fine, but now i do not get text or call messages. The surge did sync with the iPhone 5s

Thanks for stopping by @SunsetRunner!  Syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement. So, verify each requirement before moving on to the troubleshooting steps.

• The software on your iPhone is up to date. To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
• The Bluetooth setting on your iPhone. To check, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
• Your iPhone isn't managing other Bluetooth connections. For more information, see Is the Fitbit app for iOS interfering with other Bluetooth devices?
• If you use more than one device to sync (the iPad), make sure the other device isn't nearby. If the device is nearby, turn off Bluetooth on it. Your device has a Bluetooth "bond" with the phone or tablet that sends the notifications. This bond prevents the Fitbit device from syncing with another phone, tablet, or computer.

If your device still won't sync, try these steps:

1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
2. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on.
3. Open the Fitbit app.
4. If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart your iPhone.
5. Open the Fitbit app.
6. If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart it by following these steps.

this is something I have problems with multiple times a day since Dec 7 2019.  Is there a different solution?  I’ve done factory reset on Ionic and have rebooted iPhone 5 along with rebooting ionic.  Yet within hours or sometimes less I will see the clock on my Fitbit.  Example synced Fitbit last night but when I woke up it was off by hour.  Did iPhone update tonight just released and it synchro at 5:32 pm cst.  Now it is 9:31 pm CST but Fitbit says it is 9:20 pm cst.   I can’t get it to synch again.
