Iconic Issues

My Iconic quit syncing on my phone a couple days ago.  I have turned bluetooth off/on again, rebooted my phone, took off the Fitbit app & re-installed it.  I deleted my Iconic from Fitbit & NOW there's a huge issue.  I can't get it to go back on it.  It says it found it, but keeps turning circles saying "connecting to tracker".   My bluetooth is on.   Any ideas?  Otherwise, this is a piece of trash sitting on my desk 😞

You have narrowed it to a bluetooth issue.

From the clock face screen, press and hold the left and bottom right buttons at the same time for a few seconds (until the screen flashes off/on), does your mobile catch the signal now?

not it is cycling to "Connect to tracker" try switching the ionic on and off again - swipe to settings, up to about then up to "shutdown". After blank. Touch left button to switch on.

Does your mobile find it?

The Bluetooth on my phone settings is not finding the Iconic.  When I go to Fitbit on my phone & add device, it says it found it, but gets hung up at connecting (turning circles).  Is that because the Bluetooth on my phone isn't finding it?  I did shutdown as you suggested & turn it on again, but I'm still getting the same issues.  This worked just fine till 2 days ago.  I have no idea what happened.  It would update if I hooked it up to my computer, but was not updating on my phone.  Now, since I can't even get it re-installed again, of course, its on nothing now.

This did not work.  It finds the Iconic but stays on connecting to fitbit.
