I received the Iconic watch for my birthday. It worked great up until a few days ago. It is now completely dead. I have read forums where other people had the same issue. I think 21 months is not long enough for this expensive of a watch to work. I would like to have someone from Fitbit call me and discuss my options. If not I'll purchase a different SmartWatch and never purchasing anything from Fitbit again.

Im sorry to hear of the issues regarding your Ionic.
As it sounds like it's hardware related I think the best thing you can do is to contact customer support (here) and discuss what warranty options you may have available to you.
