Is anyone else experiencing incorrectly boxed Iconic colours. Im ordering the Charcoal/smoked Grey but receiving the Blue-grey/ Silver grey. Or is it just my eyes?

I have the chargoal/smoke gray as well and what you have looks to be correct. watch.jpg

thanks for the update, but looking at the pictures online the strap looks to be a lot darker almost black maybe we both have the wrong one?

Saw both of the colors Sunday. Those are both the Charcoal colors. Looks darker on paper though.....The packaging should look like the watch though....

If you goto https://www.fitbit.com/ionic the colours for the CHARCOAL & SMOKE GRAY are much darker even the surround of the watch is darker. Id like to know if you agree?

I still think the colour I have is incorrect. Ill see what comes back from my email. This is the second replacement. The first they agreed I had the wrong colour. the one I have is more blue grey than Charcoal.
