looked down at my fitbit and it was black face. proceeded to charge it, plugged it in and the battery sign with zero percent was present then it disappeared and the face went dark. I've only had it since January of 2020.  Is anyone else experiencing this or something similar? My mobile device showed my battery life as medium and it hadn't sync since Friday, today is Sunday. ??????

try press and holding the left and right buttons for about 10-12 seconds and the fitbit will be on again.

Thank you. I tried that several times, with know results. Got in touch
with the customer support. Should be receiving a replacement. But I
haven't received an email as of yet.
