Iconic heart rate recording showing 130 when resting

Since update my heart rate has not been working on my Iconic.

I have turned off and on as well as a full reset.

My heart rate is around 53bpm at rest but the watch is saying 130+.

No recording at night of any sleep score and during exercise it says it is above peak. 

What can I do this has been happening for a week now, any ideas?

Hi, my ionic is giving a heart rate anywhere between 80 and 110 for the past 20 minutes and I’m not even wearing it at the moment. It’s on the charger...I’ve rebooted my iphone. Anything else I should do?

Mine is playing up too. At one point it read 143bpm when it’s normally anywhere between 60-65bpm. Have you got a resolution for it?

Eventually I contacted Fitbit they suggested a reboot and reset but neither
worked then they replaced it after I sent proof of purchase.

Go on the forum and speak to a virtual assistant.
