Hi I've tried everything to get this to work again. I stopped receiving texts and and calls on my iconic. I've uninstalled reinstalled the app 2 times. Unpaired and repaired the watch. Restarted my phone. What else do I need to do? It used to work now it doesn't. Everything is updated as well. Please help

What kind of phone do you have? Apple just released a new iOS yesterday, v13.? and after updating my iPhone 8+ it no longer can be found by the Ionic, thus no texts or calls or anything. Apparently it is a known issue, but doesn't look like Fit bit is even trying to do a work around?

I am having same issue. Once my phone is updated to IOS 13 my ionic stopped to send notification or call to my fitbit.
On bluetooth, I have turned on Iconic notification still doesn't work.

I have turned Bluetooth on and off, but the Ionic no longer recognized the cell phone. I am hoping that the TechnoGenius at FitBit are scrambling to get all those series and ones back in the proper order...
