Iconic only displays vertical bars

I have this watch since June 2018 without issue, I woke up this morning it only displaying vertical bars.  The phone app still tracks the watch and updated just fine.  I had tried reset and other ways, but the display still not working as before.  

What could be the causes and possible solutions?

My Iconic watch is now dead!  This is a very poor product for such a short life span.
