Second post like this in the last few hours, did your device recently try a firmware update?
Either way if you have had it less than a year you will likely get a replacement, contact support via chat or the number on their support site. Beyond that you are only going to be offered a 25% discount regardless of what caused it, even Fitbits own updates.

Best AnswerThe same thing happened to me 3-4 months ago. The only solution was to get a replacement. They sent me a new one, but after a few months with it, it stop counting my steps and the heart rate monitor is not working. Frustrating!
Best AnswerAre you out of warranty, you might get a second replacement, if not you won't be getting anything from them.
