Iconic problems

Had my iconic for about 4 months and although Sony phone isn’t supported by iconic (About time) the iconic has been fine, when you profess the right hand side button on watch I was greeted by icons of exercise,alarm etc.

As Fitbit don’t supported my phone even though it is the beeeez knees I was advised by Fitbit as I was having problems to use my iPad to change watch faces and the last month regardless what I use to either change clock faces or sync the iconic only even shows me the clock face and summary of the day, ie steps,cals,floors etc, GONE are my alarms totally vanished off my iconic, I tried resetting,sync everything to get back what I used to have on my iconic.

at stage I’m going to send it back and order a Samsung because what I have is a very basic health watch at the moment and hardly any difference to the Fitbit tracker.

any ideas on what I can do to make it do at least some of what it used to do?

i can still choose what exercises I want to choose on my watch but the alarms vanished !!!!!

Pressing the right buttons are the quick start of the two apps on the next screen. 

To get to the list if the apps the user needs to swipe left on the screen. This is explained in the user manual that is downloadable through the help link below.
