Iconic screen showing lines and goes fuzzy

Hi guys 

I have started to get fuzzy lines on my ionic screen, Not sure why but it’s been fine unti; recently. The whole screen is unreadable 

 

I have factory reset the ionic in hope it was just a glitch but it is again still doing this.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it or what to do next?

I had the same problem and rang customer services.  A replacement unit was sent to me.
