Iconic - tracking sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Iconic battery died with no warning and since I was not at home I could jot charge it for 2 days. Once I didit started working, but has not tracked my sleep cycles the last 2 nights. Also my other stats seem off to me. I also have to reconnect the wtatch to my iPhone as it would not sync at first.

You can log your sleep manually for the nights you missed.

to log manually-

go to add (+)

log sleep

Add sleep log

Adjust sleep start and end

press save

I did that, but did not get the stages, this is why I purchased this model. I have a sleep disorder and we are evaluating the efficacy of my meds.

I “forgot” the watch on my phone and then reconnected it and things seem to be working now.

Glad you were able to get it to sync properly.

if you have syncing issues again, you can restart your phone first before you re-pair it.

that seems to work for me.

the sleep stages only works when your fitbit is on...since it uses your physical movements as an indicator. I usually check the battery life everyday and charge when I’m most sedentary..

i have sleep issues as well and it has helped me determine what works and what doesn’t work.
