Iconic won’t come on

I turned my iconic off because I’ve been sick for three months, went to charge it today, total black screen, won’t  charge, won’t come on, have tried the reset left button bottom right, I get nothing. Have tried different USB slots on the computer, nothing works it appears to be totally dead.

Sometimes doing the restart 3 times in a row helps.
