There is sync issue wity ionic. I even made a replacement. I tried everything as mentioned in forum, but only method which works is I have to unpair iconic in Bluetooth settings and fitbit app, restart my mobile, restart fitbit and do the pairing. But this is temporary, I have to do this everytime I need to sync my data to app. This is annoying and taking lots of time just to view my daily data.

Welcome on board @SunsetRunner and @Tgisele, it's nice to see you guys around! Thanks for already troubleshooting this syncing issue, nice way to go!
I was wondering the same than @Rich_Laue. Have you both checked that the devices you're syncing with are included in our list of Supported Devices? Note that the devices on this list have been confirmed as fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.
Our team routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone meets the minimum operating system requirements. Note that the majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products.
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
If you've followed all the steps provided in the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? I'd recommend going to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the tracker. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Ionic and next to it, this symbol "!". Hit the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device" for iOS and "Unpair" for Android.
Once you've made sure about that, go back to the Fitbit app, go to the "Account" option in the upper right corner and select "Set up a Device". This should start the setup process for your device.
Give this a shot and let us know the outcome!

Hai @Rich_Laue thanks for the reply, I device is Huawei Honor 7x. Yea I have seen compatibility with compatible devices mentioned in the forum and it does work great with my iPad Air 2. But i really want my ionic to work with my mobile, the only alternative for me is to buy a new phone mentioned in your list. But my honor 7x is just 3 months old.

Hi @MarreFitbit thanks for th reply, nope it’s still not working I have to unpair the devices (honor 7x and ionic), restart and pair them back to sync just once. I have to repeat these steps again when I wants to sync my devices. For now I am happy that ionic is working fine with my air 2. But we all know that mobile phones are the better option than an iPad to carry around. Please check compatibility with more low end and mid range phones especially my mobile phone (honor 7x) and similar devices.
Thanks & Regards

Thanks for the update @SunsetRunner! I'm glad to hear that your tracker is syncing with your iPad Air 2.
I totally understand your concern about the Honor 7X. The developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. This means that our Android team has not yet tested it for compatibility and added it to the list what means that we don't have a estimated date on when it will be added.
I'd like to give thanks for the feedback you've provided towards our product. Please know that we provide feedback to our team based on community posts and we are always working on improving our devices and Fitbit app based on that feedback.
Let me know if there's any questions present.
