In Australia, how long do I have to wait until I can put music on my Ionic?

So It seems I can't put music on my Ionic watch (which I got as a birthday present).

What is the waiting time in Australia for software to update so that I can put music on?

Also,

If there is no microphone in the watch, can somebody explain the reason behind having call alerts?

The only reason I can think of is while you are exercising you can then stop and go to your phone to answer it. I mean, you can answer it on the watch, but not hold a conversation??

Or can I buy bluetooth earphones with a built in microphone to fix this? I am happy to do this if I can then answer calls, but at the moment I am tossing up between keeping it and returning it for the Apple Watch, as I have an  Iphone and I am sure I won't have any trouble with music or calls.

Aside form this, I am very excited to use my product.

Why do you think that you cannot put music on your watch? Have you tried?

@JoshTennisCoach I am in Australia and I have successfully put personal music onto my Ionic. It is slow but I am getting there. I nearly have all on it that I want. What problem are you having?

I'm trying again now, but I've now watched a few youtube vidoes of how to do it.

It now seems pretty straightforward where as before I was not going through the fitbit app, but attempting to connect straight to iTunes.

Wish me luck!

Fantastic. 👍  Yes, I made the same mistake at first and was trying to go through the music app, then I read the instructions on this forum and got it right! I think the instructions should be in the Ionic 101 though. But once you get it, it isnt hard
