This is my second Fitbit Ionic and I got this one as a gift cause my old one was doing the same thing. So anyways I have had my Fitbit Ionic since June 2020 and now I am starting to notice that my time is falling 10-15 minutes behind the actual time. Does anyone know why this keep occurring? Its crazy with this being my second Fitbit Ionic with the same problem as my first one. I'm almost to the point that I am about to give up my loyalty to the Fitbit brand and try something else.

Hi @Trinidaddy1979 welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for your post and the details that were shared. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use the mobile device's information to display the time that's configured there with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Ionic it should display the time that’s in your phone.
However, this may also also be fixed by updating the time zone in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed, I’ll be here.
