my ionic went dead (needed charge). after recharging, the time is incorrect, and when i go to set the time zone correctly in account settings, it will not reset. please advise. soo frustrating..

First, thanks for troubleshooting your device prior posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you, your patience is appreciated. This may be fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please see our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? . If your time zone setting is correct, simply sync your Ionic device to see the current time because our Fitbit devices use your mobile device timezone. Also, you can restart your Ionic to refresh its performance.
