I've been trying to go to live chat and whenever i do it shows "Sorry this page is following a diffrent trail" 

How do i fix this?

Seems odd that you received such error message while trying to contact our Customer Service team via chat. I was informed by them that assistance was already provided to you via chat, that said, I recommend you to contact them back if you have any additional questions regarding the assistance that was provided by them.
