Intermittent notifications since update OS 2.0

I did the OS 2.0 update perhaps a week or so ago.

Since then notifications for texts/calls/any apps I have set up are very intermittent and mostly not coming through.

Things I have tried to fix it:

• Restarted my ionic
• Restarted my iPhone X
• Turned my bluetooth on and off
• Unpaired and repaired to the bluetooth
• Unpaired and repaired my phone to the ionic
• Reset all the notification settings for which apps I would like notifications for

Under the new update I seem to have to hold down the left button for a second or two to see the notifications setting and that is definitely 'on' so it's not that also.

I am all out of ideas. Someone please help 😞 I really rely on my fitbit to give me notifications from my phone.

We're having the same trouble with our ionic after it performed the update. 

Have rebooted and switched everything off and on countless times like the guides say and still nothing. Please help.

Same here.

- Tried phone restart

- Tried ionic restart

- Tried pair / unpair

- Checked notification settings

- Checked battery optimisation settings

All no good...
