Ionic Adidas OS3

Hi..my ionic adidas is running perfectly till i update the latest os3. Now its my battery is runing out very fast and its lagging and last week someone change my email add without my knowledge but thank you to Cris and team for quick action to help me. But my ionic is not auto on when i want to see the time..i have to press the button on left. How to make like before. Pls give advice. Thank you.

Hi @Krushid, welcome to the community.

Press and hold the left button on you Ionic until you see a new screen/menu, then swipe from the right side of the screen to the left, where it says screen wake make sure it's set to auto.

Thank you so much brother..do you experience lagging or ionic eating up battery power so much after we uodate the os. Tq

On the whole my Ionic has been pretty solid, battery wise it will last me around 5 days. It might not be quite as good as before, but my Ionic is well over a year old so I would expect the battery to deteriorate slightly.

Are you having battery life issues? Can I ask if you are using a 3rd party clock face? I remember having issues before with a clock face, it would make the device very laggy and also increase battery consumption. I would suggest changing to a fitbit developed clock face to see if that improves battery life.

Hi..my ionic is 8 months old and from beginning the battery will solidly
last 5 to 6 days. Its all started after i upgrade ionic os.
No..i didnt use any third party app, all my ionic is very original..now i
can feel it is lagging also.
