My ionic just started with the vertical lines today. I may have had it for a year but most likely less. I have read the forums and tried all of the resets but still nothing. Is it done? If so, this is my last Fitbit of three. I’ll move on from this product if there’s not fix.

I have 2 strips of pixels that seem to be dead.
I got my Ionic Adidas about 6 months ago.
I've tried rebooting the watch a few times and changing the clock face, but the problem remains.
Please help
