Ionic Alarm Button Won't Go To Alarm Setting Menu

I have done a Restart and Factory Restore on my Ionic. When I tap the Alarm Setting Button, it reverts back to the Alarm Setting Button. Upon doing so, no menu is displayed in order that I may set a new alarm or delete an existing alarm. However, my Ionic's alarm did go off this morning, as I had previously set alarms for last week. Has anyone else had this problem with their Ionic? Thanking you in advance.

@peeperpat I hope you're doing well! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with the Alarms app on Ionic so far. Thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out and for sharing all of the details regarding this.
