Ionic Alarm Button Won't Go To Alarm Setting Menu

I have done a Restart and Factory Restore on my Ionic. When I tap the Alarm Setting Button, it reverts back to the Alarm Setting Button. Upon doing so, no menu is displayed in order that I may set a new alarm or delete an existing alarm. However, my Ionic's alarm did go off this morning, as I had previously set alarms for last week. Has anyone else had this problem with their Ionic? Thanking you in advance.
