Ionic Alarm Setting in Mobile App

I previously had a Fitbit Surge and could set alarms within the mobile app. I now have the Ionic but can't seem to find anywhere in the App to set alarms. It only exists on the actual device and is, for want of better words, "clunky."

 

Is the alarm setting in the mobile app buried somewhere, if so, where?

On the ionic you only set alarms from the watch itself. The silent alarm option seems to be removed from the ionic settings on the dashboard and fitbit app.
