I have only had the Ionic for a couple of weeks, I have had several other fitbits and the last was the Blaze, when I set the Alarm for a set time on the Ionic for say Mon - Friday at 5am, I find its not always going off as it should. I have removed the weekly alarm and reset it a couple of times to try to fix the issue and have done a reset as well, but the problem is not going away.
Is anyone else having an issue with this?

I will try your solution but I am very excited that this is not fixed for a very long time! 🙂
FitBit sleep cycle is a major feature of smart watches.

this was later fixed. i was angry as it really was something i relied on, but fitbit came through and finally solved the bug with software update and also firmware. I appreciate they recognised the problem and then got it fixed. You shouldnt have any issues with it now.

Hi, my alarms hadn't gone off for a couple of days on my ionic, like most people i tend to rely on these. late to work this am. My fitbit seemed to shut down earlier today, i know it had charge but it would not respond and screen was just black. I've since performed a reset which has brought it back to life. Alarms still didn't work...... following the advice on this page i've just disabled the lock and first test the alarm now works. It's odd as the lock has been in place for months and hasn't affected the alarm at all. thanks anway. lets hope this solves it.
