Ionic Apps in India

Dear FitBit,  I bought an Ionic a month back. Sadly some of the "useful" apps dont work in India e.g. Wallet. I am unable to download music - there are bugs in signing on into Deezer, music download on laptop via windows doesn't work. Same for "Asken"...

I am sadly using Ionic not too differently from when I had Alta HR a month. 

1. When will some of the apps be enabled for India too?

2. How do I download music?

Hi, @Mohinish, here are detailed instructions for downloading music.  I hope they help.

As you are aware, there are currently no banks in India that work with Fitbit Pay (wallet).  Although Fitbit never announces time scales for future plans. I am sure they will be working to establish partnerships with banks in India, so hopefully you will get this soon.

In regards to Fitbit Pay, as she also said, at the moment we don't have any information about when we will support Indian banks. To check the supported cards, see the Fitbit Pay Bank List.
