First check to make sure the charge contact points are clean. Some get clogged up. If still not charging contact Tech Support. They will have you go thru a bunch of troubleshooting protocols. Often if they cannot get your device working properly they will offer you a replacement on the spot. Many on this Forum receive replacements this way. Try that.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
